We are inviting an energetic, intelligent, friendly, organized, self-motivated person to our team!
You will orchestrate the patient flow of a very busy practice with 3-5 doctors. The environment is fast-paced and an ability to multitask/coordinate many separate tasks is imperative. You will need to be able to sustain working at a fast pace for long periods of time. You will be interfacing with our family of patients all day. We are looking for someone able to authentically and clearly communicate with patients and doctors.
Tasks include:
Managing phone calls, scheduling and directing patients, entering health insurance information, taking new patient information, communicating with the office managers regularly, supplement inventory, doing digital foot scans for shoe inserts, and general upkeep of the office atmosphere.
The applicant must be extremely comfortable with computers and willing to learn electronic health records as well as health insurance plans that relate to our patients.
Monday - Thursdays, Approximately 20 hours.
