Office Receptionist/Coordinator
We are looking for a receptionist/coordinator for busy offices. Duties would include:
- Incoming calls
o Explaining our services
o Understanding and fulfilling the callers needs
o Inputting students’ information
o Scheduling lessons/classes
o Taking payment
- Follow-up with students
o Confirming appointments (lessons, classes)
o Responding to e-mails and voice messages
o Paperwork
o Adjusting lesson times
- Office duties
o Helping with cleaning
o Helping Instructors with scheduling/follow-up
o Carco Inspections
Skills necessary for success in this job:
- Organized
- Punctual
- Very good communication skills
- Good listening skills
- Basic computer literacy
-Willing to travel between our Fairport location and City location when necessary
