Job Title: LaborerJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and reliable laborer with experience in construction remodel and new construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to lift heavy objects, and possess the ability to train new hires.Responsibilities
Drive a truck and trailer to various job sites.
Travel around the Rochester area to residential homes to remodel and install new decks.
Utilize hand and power tools for construction tasks.
Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure and saw.
Install doors and perform framing work.
Operate drilling equipment safely and efficiently.
Train new hires on proper construction techniques and safety protocols.
Essential Skills
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
2.5+ years of experience in construction remodel and new construction.
Experience driving a truck and trailer.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.
Experience with framing, drilling, and door installation.
Knowledge of commercial construction practices.
