What You’ll Do
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dish area, ensuring all service ware and kitchen tools are spotless and ready for use.
Support the kitchen team with basic prep work such as washing, chopping, portioning, labeling, and organizing ingredients.
Assist with daily kitchen set-up, breakdown, and closing duties with precision and care.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines to uphold the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Work as part of a team that values respect, accountability, and hospitality — to our guests and to each other.
