We are seeking a skilled Dough Maker to join our team of culinary professionals. As a vital member of our team, the Dough Maker will be responsible for preparing a variety of dough-based products for our restaurant, and special events. This role requires a passion for dough making, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Duties
- Prepare, mix, and ball dough
- Operate kitchen equipment
- Monitor dough temperature and consistency to ensure optimal baking results.
- Utilize knives and other kitchen tools to portion and shape dough into various forms.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
Experience
- 3+ year of experience in a commercial bakery or kitchen environment.
- Proficiency in food preparation and baking techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety and handling regulations.
- Experience with dough-based products.
- Strong knife skills and ability to work with various kitchen tools.
- Excellent communication skills
