Capri Wine Bar & Restaurant is looking for a full time prep/line cook.
Job duties:
minimum availability
Wednesday 2 pm-9pm
Thursday 2 pm-9pm
Friday 1 pm-10 pm
Saturday 1pm-10 pm
Guaranteed at least 36 hours per week!
Work closely with the kitchen manager to ensure all prep is completed before each dinner service. Keep close inventory of kitchen product. Run the saute/pasta line at dinner service.
Requirements:
Fine-dining/full service restaurant experience
ServSafe level 1 - will train if necessary
Be reliable and have own transportation
Have passion for food and great customer service.
Be available for interviews this Sunday at the establishment at 2pm
