Join our rapidly-expanding team as we embark on the busy season of short-term and medium-term rental properties like Air B&B, Furnished Finder and VRBO. We are hiring up to three individuals who will help us navigate and grow our business to new heights. We are an established property management company in the city of Rochester who has spent the past year branching into an extremely successful and lucrative venture that is at the forefront of travel and vacationing across the world. We currently own 13 Homes that are consistently booked at a rate of over 75%, with an additional 4 properties to follow in the spring. This fast-paced and ever changing industry offers great experience and extremely competitive pay with an opportunity for growth and development for the right individuals.
Our ideal associates have experience with cleaning, preferably in the short-term rental field like Air B&B. They are highly self-motivated and strive to provide consistent and exceptional service, in which they take a great deal of pride. They are punctual, responsive to communication, and have transportation readily available at all times. And most importantly, they have a great sense of attention to detail and positive attitude.
We will provide you with the tools and equipment needed as well as initial training with another cleaner on-site. We will provide a complete checklist of tasks necessary to provide the guests with an exceptional overall experience that include, but are not limited to: washing of all linens and towels, emptying all garbages and dishwasher, re-stocking refrigerator and snack baskets, organizing and re-ordering household items as needed, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, other standard cleaning practices in a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room and patio setting.
This job will begin as a part-time position, and we will pay a flat rate per cleaning, that will include an additional bonus for every five star review we receive. 5 Stars is not our goal, but our expectation, as we've established ourselves as a premier high-end hospitality company and will strive to continue to provide our guests with cleanliness and service that reflects that. As instant bookings and same day turnovers present themselves, we will need to adapt and sometimes hustle to get the property ready for our guests before check-in, which can create a high-pressure environment. Ideally, we will build a schedule for you on a monthly basis, as to ensure we do not demand too much from our employees on short-term notice. This will create a great deal of flexibility and allow you to take on the amount of work and at the times that best suit your needs and lifestyle.
