We are family owned for over 42 years and have a loyal clientele. Our name doesn’t reflect all we do - everything from paninis, wraps, salads, burgers, homemade soups to dinner entrées including pasta dishes and sauté items We also serve a nice selection of wine/beer. It’s self- service for lunch and table service after 4:00.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage kitchen staff and work alongside them to prepare lunch and dinner menu.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent knife skills – we are a from scratch house
3-5 years of kitchen experience
Good communication skills and a calm demeanor as you guide kitchen staff– we like a happy kitchen)
Must have reliable transportation as there is no bus service
List or resume of previous restaurant experience
TERMS:
40-45 hours per week – Tuesday thru Saturday (8:00am- 3:30/4) We are closed Sunday and Monday.
