Busy, Established restaurant in downtown Rochester, NY is seeking a creative Line Cook with proven experience and ability to work cohesively within a small, high volume kitchen. We create fresh, innovative and palate tempting menu items using specifically sourced products, from local farm raised, organic-grass fed beef to seasonally available fresh vegetables grown locally. The right person will utilize his, her or their knowledge to contribute to daily specials, communicate effectively with others, and maintain the excellent standards that have kept us as a sought after destination of fusion cuisine for over 25 years.

Minimum of two years, verifiable experience preferred, with solid work/employment history. We are potentially open to teaching someone with less experience depending upon the applicant and interview process. Part time to start, with Full time potential available. Nights and Weekends are a Must. Our kitchen is open six days a week from 4:30pm to 11pm. Ability to work Sunday desired, but not required as we occasionally cater events on Sundays. Additional hours Might be available during the day to learn and contribute as a prep cook depending upon the needs of the restaurant.

Reliable transportation is Required. Highly Competitive Starting Hourly Wage for qualified applicants. Wages increased based upon experience, longevity, and ability to work as a cohesive team member and proficiency in various station work.
