We are looking for two cooks at this time. We have a good crew of five core members and are looking to add two more dedicated chefs!
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Set up and break down the kitchen line each shift.
Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
Assist in inventory management and keeping track of stock levels.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
Requirements
Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
