About the Role
Bevy is seeking passionate Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environment. If you love working with fresh ingredients, crave a structured team that communicates well, and want to grow your culinary skills, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
-Execute high-quality dishes during service with precision and consistency
-Work multiple stations, including rotisserie, grill, sauté, pantry, and prep
-Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and DOH standards
-Maintain organization, mise en place, and station readiness
-Follow recipes and plating guides to ensure consistent quality
-Support team communication and a positive work environment
-Participate in ongoing menu training and tastings
What We’re Looking For
-1–2 years line cook experience preferred (not required)
-A passion for Mediterranean/Levantine flavors and scratch cooking
-Proven reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic
-Great communication skills and teamwork mindset
-Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
-Weekend availability
