Full time linecook position Monday-Sunday, 8:00-2:00 pm.
Basic job duties may include:
- Preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications.
- Operating kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and fryers.
- Ensuring food is cooked to the correct temperature and quality.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
