We are an event space looking to add a cook to our staff. We have events evenings, daytimes (especially with the holiday season upcoming), and weekends. We offer everything from buffets, served meals, brunch, lunch and afternoon tea menus. On Saturdays. we often have 2 events, back-to-back. We would like to find someone with good prep experience, someone to work well with our team and can be flexible in their schedule. If you have event(s) background that would be great. This is not a typical restaurant set-up, no hot line, no fryer. We have a busy season ahead and we need to find someone soon! The hours will depend on the events booked and the work week can be anywhere from 25- 40 hours based on prep needs and executing the events.
We are trying to find the right person to stay in the position and work up as we continue to grow the business.
