We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our Country Club! Ontario Golf Club is seeking a professional who will be responsible for preparing and handling food and drinks for our golf guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare all served food
Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
Memorize, record and comprehend menu items
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Adhere to all sanitation and food prep codes
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils and appliances
Maintain professionalism with all staff at all times
Sweep and mop area daily.
Will work independently in Snack Shack located on golf course and be responsible of the property.
