He has a, Tracheostomy tube, a Nephrostomy Tube & a G- tube. He gets Straigt-cathed and Suctioned. Patient is Very Intelligent and Enjoys a Good Conversation. Despite All he's been through, He Has a Great Outlook on Life!
You must bill Medicaid directly and have NPI # and Medicaid #.
Should have some work experience, BUT WILL TRAIN!
