Seeking a practice administrator to join our team and oversee the operations of our private practice. In this role you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating all aspects of the medical office. The administrator helps to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to our patients while managing the organization's fiscal, personnel and operational activities.
This position is a full-time salaried position Monday-Friday
Duties include, but not limited to:
Recruit, hire and training of personnel
Daily/Monthly checkbook recording (QuickBooks), including oversee office billing functions
HIPAA and PCMH compliance
Monitor and evaluate employee performance
Work closely with Accountant and TPA
Requirements:
Must have bachelor's degree or 5 years practice management experience.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or a related field.
At least 5 years' experience in healthcare administration
Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Able to prioritize and multi-task
Salary:
Compensation based on experience between $32-40/hour
