Looking for an exceptional Veterinary Receptionist. This position involves answering phones, scheduling appointments, responding to clients via text and e-mail, checking patients in and out, cleaning exam rooms and waiting area, invoicing, counting out prescriptions, filing, etc.
Will need to understand and communicate basic veterinary instructions between doctors and clients. Must be comfortable with client education. Knowledge of basic veterinary terms is necessary. A pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills are required. Must be available weekdays and rotating Saturdays. Full time or part time. No holidays, Sundays or on call.
