Josh Landscape Co. installs high-end outdoor living spaces and offers full landscape care service with a team of 150 people. We are seeking a top quality, highly motivated, energetic Recruiter/HR Assistant to join our winning team to assist with all aspects of human resources practices and processes with strong recruiting experience. Individual must be a self-starter and able to perform quality work with attention to detail in both written documents and verbal communications. Must be people oriented and results driven with a knowledge of HR systems and databases, an in-depth knowledge of labor laws, have efficient and thorough record keeping and organization skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately.
In this role, you will assist with a variety of HR Duties including: Facilitating all Recruiting and retention activities, and assisting with all other HR needs including employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, track employee PTO, sick time, payroll, unemployment, scheduling drug testing and background checks, legal compliance, PFL, and all other HR functions.
