Job Overview
We are seeking individuals to join our team as Temporary Cultivation Help. This role will assist in the harvest of our hoop houses. The ideal candidate is hardworking and is available for at least 8 hours a day from now through 11/7/2025. This will be outdoors in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
Harvesting hoop house cannabis plants including cutting down trellis and bucking.
Follow strict compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.
Qualifications
Team player, Reliable and Hardworking
Must be 21 years of age or older
Working Conditions
Work is performed in an outdoor hoop house environment. Job is 100% outdoors.
Exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and plant-related allergens.
Available at least 8 hours a day 9/30-11/7, possibly including weekends.
Compensation
$25/ hour
