My name is Jamell, I am a Master Independent Contractor (IC)for Watco/Staples. I have a delivery position available for a subcontracted driver.
The majority of packages weigh less than 20 lbs. However, being able to lift between 50 - 70 lbs will generally be enough for the job.
Drivers are able to access the warehouse as early as 5:00 AM to scan and load packages onto the van (provided by Master IC). However, arriving at 5:00 is not mandatory. Volume varies based on orders from the previous working day. Drivers do not work evenings or weekends. Approximately 90% of our customer base are businesses.
Pay is $600.00 per week with potential for bonuses. Gas and van is provided by Master IC, maintenance and repairs are the responsibility of the Master IC. All you have to do is scan, load, deliver.
