A commercial cleaning position is about to open up. Tasks would include:
Mopping
Vacuuming
Trash Removal
Bathroom Cleaning
Washing Walls and Windows
Landscaping/gardening experience is helpful. If you are handy and have experience with the trades even rudimentary knowledge please describe in your email. Different rates of pay can be discussed for different experience levels.
Cleaning exp. not required. If you prefer working independently but can also coordinate with others when needed then you would enjoy this work environment.
Cleaning hours are 15–20 a week, Mon.–Fri. Start time is 6:30 p.m. (flexible according to your availability). Excellent attendance is highly valued.
Paid days off and year end bonuses are provided. $1.50 – $2.50 raise when standards are consistently met for 1 month.
