Full-Time Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community (Brockport, NY)
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at an apartment property in Brockport. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, solid understanding of all areas of property maintenance, and excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include:
Hands-on maintenance of buildings and apartments
Painting
Carpentry
Plumbing
Electrical work
Participation in on-call rotation (in addition to regular 40-hour work week)
Requirements:
Prior maintenance experience in residential or related settings
Strong knowledge across multiple trades
Must provide own vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license
