Brighton Landscape is looking to fill multiple outdoor positions for the 2024 season. Employment will formally begin late March – early April (weather depending). Full and part-time employment is available. Full time is 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday and some Saturdays. Overtime is available depending on the season. We offer paid holidays between Memorial Day and Labor Day, accrued paid sick leave. A retirement plan is offered after one year of employment. Some positions offer paid vacation. Wages and benefits are heavily dependent on experience and work ethic. A clean drivers license is REQUIRED.
HARDSCAPE/LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION
Brighton Landscape is looking to fill both foreman and laborer positions on our hardscape/landscape construction crews. A minimum of 3 years experience is required for foreman positions. We are willing to train a person with good work ethic for our laborer positions. All positions must be comfortable operating a variety of equipment. Depending on individual skillset, duties may include:
- Patio, walkway, retaining walls, ect. installation
- Landscape lighting installation
- Site grading
- Drainage installation
