Queen Property Preservation LLC, a leading property management and preservation company for 5 years is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. No experience is required however skills in the following areas would be highly beneficial:
As a maintenance crew, you will be performing below jobs:
Grass cut
Moping and wiping the interior of a property (Maid refresh/ Sales clean)
Trimming – shrubs, vines, trees
Lock change, lock box installation
Trash out/Debris removal and other misc. repair job
Interior paint/ drywall repair & many more.
Benefits Package
Flexible working hours. You will decide when to visit what property.
Better than hourly pay since it pays per job.
Year Around Employment with Snow, Grass, and other maintenance work orders
Pay within 72 hours of work completion.
Performance Bonuses
Sign-on Bonus (At least 10 work orders need to be completed first to be eligible for sign-on-bonus)
