YEAR ROUND POSITION OVERVIEW
Seeking two experienced people to cut lawns, landscape and SNOWPLOW, with minimal supervision. The positions are required to work jobs within specified hours and to exceed the customers' expectations. YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST AND HAVE A CLEAN DRIVER'S LICENSE. MUST HAVE OWN RIDE TO WORK.
LOOKING TO IMMEDIATELY FILL 2 OPENINGS ON SNOW PLOW ROUTES - RESIDENTIAL ACCOUNTS. MUST BE AVAILABLE 24/7.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Duties to include but not limited to: mowing, spring and fall cleanups, landscape maintenance and SNOWPLOWING
*Meet company productivity targets while meeting our quality standards
*Ability to interact professionally with the customer
*Communicates well and completes all details on the daily log sheets
*Works safely
*Able to operate a variety of mechanical equipment including chainsaws, hedge clippers, commercial mowers, blowers, line trimmers, etc. Machine maintenance experience helpful
*Safely operates vehicles such as trucks and trailer combinations
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
*This position requires a high school degree or GED, plus some experience in the landscaping field
*Clean driver's license
*Snow plowing experience a plus
REQUIREMENTS
*Positive, can do attitude
*Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and under seasonal pressure
*Clean and professional appearance
*Punctual and dependable
*Willing to work in a drug free work place. DRUG TEST IS REQUIRED FOR ALL POSITIONS.
This is a year round position with competitive pay with 50+ hours a week during peak seasons. Pay will be based on experience and willingness to work.
