Subcontracting Opportunity: Janitorial Services
We’re looking to partner with a RELIABLE janitorial company to help support cleaning services at our client sites. If you run a professional cleaning business and are interested in subcontracting opportunities, we’d like to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
General cleaning (offices, common areas, restrooms, floors, trash removal)
Floor care (mopping, vacuuming, occasional stripping/waxing or carpet cleaning)
Disinfecting and restocking supplies as needed
Flexible scheduling (This is 100% during the day 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and NO weekends. When we strip & wax floors you may be required to work weekends, but that is few and far between.

We are ProClean USA, Commercial Cleaning Systems Inc. We are a family owned business out of Southern New Jersey and we do business in NJ, DE, PA, MD, GA, FL and now Rochester NY. we have been in business for 30 years in the Janitorial Services Space. We are very very picky on who we subcontract our work to so IF you are not on point with how you run your business, PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME. I am looking at paying around $14,000 a month to the RIGHT janitorial company to clean TWO buildings in the Rochester NY area. The two buildings are as follows: One building is a distribution center about 300,000 sq. ft. and the other is more of an office building with about 200,000 sq ft. It sounds like a lot, but it really isn't, most of the space is "dead warehouse" space that you will not be asked to clean just get trash. I estimate 5 full time people working around 32 hours will get the job done. BUT once the contract is signed, we will WALK THE FACILITY TOGETHER TO MAKE SURE IT IS SOMETHING YOU WILL WANT TO GO FORWARD WITH.
I am walking the site this coming Monday, and looking to start within 30 days. The client we serve in NJ, GA & FL has recommended us to clean the Rochester NY facility, so I NEED A JANITORIAL SUB-CONTRACTOR THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AS I CANNOT MICRO-MANAGE YOU when I am six hours away.
Here are my qualifications for the NEXT sub-contractor I hire for Rochester NY
1) MUST be dependable and HARD worker
2) MUST be able to show me during the interview process, they have the people in place to execute this contract, you will probably need around 5 full time employees working together to execute this contract.
3) MUST have the proper insurance in place (GL & WC) Excess/Umbrella would put you in a good position.
4) MUST be able to manage your crew and be HANDS ON to let the customer know you are there on the premises so there are NO issues. The current cleaning company is offering horrible service, that's why they called us.
5) MUST be able to get no complaints (This company gives us business in 4 other states, so you MUST do a great job here, so NONE of my other buildings hear of bad service in Rochester. All of the buildings are connected so you MUST be on point with your cleaning.
6) IF you run your labor correctly, you can have a NET profit around $5,000.00 a MONTH
7) I prefer someone with COMMERCIAL cleaning experience, BUT I have hired residential cleaning companies before, and it has worked out. So this would be a great opportunity for a small company to get a nice commercial cleaning contract to expand their business.
