Lilac Real Estate Services is hiring for a Landscape Laborer/Snow Plow Operator to join our growing team. This is a part-time/full-time opportunity at $18-$23 an hour based on experience level. Benefits include a 401K contribution and 1 week of PTO after one full year of service, and a discretionary holiday bonus. Clean and valid drivers license required.
Job responsibilities include lawn mowing, mulching, trimming, power washing and other duties at various businesses and residential homes and commercial properties. Ability/experience in Landscape design (Planting Flowers/Shrubbery) is a plus.
We are also looking for someone to operate a company truck with plow attached for our winter plowing routes. This would be a combination of residential driveways and commercial parking lots. Willingness to do salting/sidewalk cleanups at larger commercial jobs is a plus. This requires flexibility in hours worked (especially in winter months as there are early mornings based on when snowfall occurs).
Experience is desirable but we offer quality on the job training to motivated individuals who want to join our team. join our team.
