For a townhouse community in Chili, NY. Maintaining outside of units. Deck repair and painting, painting trim, maintaining lawn area, outside service calls as needed. Monday - Friday, no weekends, 30 - 40 hours per week. Must be able to work on their own. Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, own transportation. Work to maintain great curb appeal. Starting pay $20 - $25 per hour.
