I need 6-8 more crews, and rather than wasting my time in running ads only to get hacks and deadbeats, then have them out in the field and costing me tons of money to clean up their mess, I'd rather go for the cream of the crop right now. Now I know that you're pretty much set with what you're doing right now, but I do know that I can make you change your mind. I'm looking to do whatever it takes to get top quality crews like yourself, whether paying top dollar piece work for those fully insured with liability and workers comp, hourly wage, gas monies or truck payment. We are a $10 Million plus Company with unlimited work. We have never bounced a check, nor play games with your money. If you want part time fill in work, I can do that too.
About now, you are trying to figure out what the catch is. So here it is: The field starts to narrow down because I have no desire to conduct business with you if:
you have less than 5 years of residential vinyl replacement window and door experience
you are an alcoholic / thief / druggie
do poor quality of work
personally do not want to be on the job site every day, I'm hiring you
do not have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
unable to work legally in the U.S.
are a competitor
