Small residential Heating and Cooling company looking for a person to contact our clients and set their next service or maintenance. The job is to read through the client's records and determine when their next appointment should be. Any client who needs to be serviced within the upcoming month will be contacted and scheduled.
This is a two person office with additional shared responsibilities:
Answering the phones
dispatching our men to their calls
working with clients over the phone
We need a person who has customer service experience, plus likes working on the phone.
The hours are 9 am to 4:30, Monday through Friday.
