Are you looking to make some extra cash in a flexible, part-time role? We’re seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Recruitment Ambassador to promote our Home Improvement Service Expert position.
What You’ll Do:
Hand out recruitment cards at local stores like Home Depot, Lowe's, and other participating locations throughout the Rochester, NY area.
Promote our Service Expert position by engaging with customers and answering basic questions about the job.
Travel between various stores within Rochester (mileage will be reimbursed).
What We’re Looking For:
Outgoing, friendly, and confident individuals who are comfortable approaching strangers.
No prior sales or marketing experience is required — just a positive attitude and the ability to briefly explain the role.
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable with some light travel within the local area.
Details:
Hourly pay: $15/hr
Flexible hours: 10-20 hours per week, with most shifts starting early in the morning (6am). Schedule and hours to be discussed further.
Paid mileage: Travel within the Rochester area will be reimbursed.
Training provided: We’ll provide all necessary materials and training on how to approach individuals.
