PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER
Summary: The Production Assembler is responsible for the assembly of various EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment) products in a high quality and consistent manner.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assemble products following specific processes.
Installation of vinyl graphics.
Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
Track and document various data such as serial numbers, inventory, quality inspections etc.
Product packaging as final assembly process.
Act as backup to warehouse staff (e.g., load/unload trucks, shipping/receiving products, etc.)
Assist as needed with facilities maintenance duties (e.g., snow shoveling, salting, painting, etc.)
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
High school/GED diploma or 1+ years of assembly experience is a plus.
Proficient with common manual and power tools.
Good verbal / written communication skills and ability to perform constructively alongside co-workers.
Ability to stand, bend, crouch, squat, and perform repetitive motion for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Basic computer skills such as using Microsoft 365 Business Suite.
Good understanding of quality control principles.
Safety-conscious with an extreme respect for established safety guidelines and rules.
Significant mechanical skills and proven attention to detail.
Willingness to adapt and learn new processes and methods.
Maintain flexibility in job duties as assigned.
