Quality Inspector

RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspect precision machined and sheetmetal fabricated product to customer requirement. Inspection of receiving, 1st piece, in-process, & final products using manual CMM's and other basic measuring equipment efficiently. Able to read and understand customer supplied drawings and requirements. Sheetmetal fabrication and/or inspection back round is a plus.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED: 2- 5 years' related experience in machine shop environment. Understands and follows all quality procedures. Interprets written procedures and ability to interpret various drawing specifications. This motivated individual must be able to work independently (once trained) and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Knowledgeable in GD&T helpful. Knowledge of PCDMIS helpful. Sheet Metal fabrication experience helpful.
