Looking for a working Concrete Construction Foreman ( carpenter) working on Commercial and Public projects. Must have at least 5-10-yrs of commercial experience. Must be able to supervise a small crew3/10 people. Must be a team player able to interpret working drawings and specifications. Experience on various phases of concrete installations from footers to concrete foundations to slabs on grade. Must have at least OSHA 10- Safety card. Company truck provided for the right person. Must have a clean Drivers License to operate a motor vehicle in NYS. Ability to conduct field safety meetings and track field labor hours/production. Must have experience in Layout of field work/set up.
