40 Hours a week – Full - Time position
Tuesday thru Saturday.
Hours: 9 AM till 5:30 PM
This great position is suited for someone who has a positive demeanor, excellent attendance and a verifiable record of working well with a diverse group of co-workers & customers.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting incoming customers.
Answering phones.
Providing leasing information.
Taking prospective residents on property tours.
Processing rental applications.
Providing move in orientations.
Meeting with residents to resolving concerns.
Strong communication and customer service skills required.
General office duties such as resident correspondence, scheduling, Solid understanding of Microsoft Office needed. Prior rental experience preferred, and other duties assigned.
