Office Admin needed for mid sized Property Management company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
⢠Answering Phones and scheduling appointments
⢠Email Correspondence
⢠Taking maintenance related calls, and generating work orders for maintenance crew
⢠Accounts Receivable, filling out deposits and making deposits.
⢠Data Entry
⢠Filing
⢠Coordinating with Accounts Payable
⢠Scanning documents to AP
⢠Must have good customer service skills
