We need a seasoned professional to handle all receptionist and administrative matters with speed and accuracy, warmth and tact. A love of animals and compassionate respect for their owners/guardians is a must - the position of first contact with clients is supremely important for our company to consistently deliver the highest quality of customer service and patient care.

Job responsibilities include: greeting clients and patients, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, checking in and invoicing clients, filing, and assisting doctors with office tasks they need done.

Also, taking responsibility for the attractiveness of reception and adjacent areas, arrange retail, and suggest improvements. We are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn and who will accept responsibility proactively.

Minimum Requirements:

Excellent phone presence, written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency w/MS Office, demonstrated ability to learn new programs

Attention to detail, and organization

Poise and judgement in dealing with occasional stressful situations

Multi-tasking, shifting priorities, willing to help out wherever needed

Preference to those with Quickbooks, Outlook, EZ Vet, or Dialpad experience.

Part time; approximately 25-30hrs. Hours will generally be evenings and Saturday with some flexibility to cover occasional weekday preferred. Benefits include group health insurance, Aflac supplemental insurances, IRA w/company match, paid life and long term disability insurance, and eligibility for a raise after 90-day probationary period.
