We are seeking a highly motivated and digitally proficient Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team and help drive our business forward.
Position Summary
The ideal candidate will engage in sales activities while also enhancing our digital presence across our website, social media channels, and internal systems. This dynamic role requires a blend of sales acumen and technical skills to engage with modern customers and streamline dealership operations and also sell retail vehicle accessory equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service: Guide customers through the sales process for vehicles and power sports products, including test drives, price negotiation and coordinating financing options as well as retail vehicle accessories.
Digital Marketing: Create and update content for our dealership website and manage active social media accounts to promote inventory and special offers, manage listings across several platforms (Facebook, Website, Autotrader, CarsforSale, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.).
Dealership Management System (DMS): Utilize our DMS to track sales leads, manage customer records (CRM), and maintain accurate inventory information.
Documentation & Compliance: Complete all necessary sales paperwork with high accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with the Verifi dealer system is preferred.
DMV Coordination: Assist with DMV-related documentation and processes. Prior DMV skills are a significant advantage.
Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the sales and management team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills are essential, including experience with website content management, social media platforms, and DMS/CRM software.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Detail-Oriented: High level of organization and accuracy in data entry and paperwork.
Motivation: A self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic personality and a desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
Licensing: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Experience: Previous sales or marketing experience, especially within the automotive industry, is a plus but not strictly required for a motivated candidate.
