We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. As a CSR you will be one of the first lines of contact with our customer to answer questions, resolve problems, and process orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a professional and helpful relationship with our customers
Process and respond to inquiries and order requests received via phone, email and web
Provide prompt responses to customers and assist in resolving any issues
Familiarize yourself with the companies products to ensure customers receive the best service
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of Customer Service experience
High school diploma
Proficient with computers and CRM software
Excellent communication skills
Must be a team player willing to jump in where help is needed
Previous Screen Printing experience beneficial
