Background of the Position:

Project coordinators are part of our install division of the company. In this division, we focus on bathroom remodels as well as window/door projects.

Our customers contact us and we schedule an appointment for their project. A project coordinator goes on the appointment, spec out the job and provide a quote on the spot. The goal is to sell the job. Any sold jobs get put on our job board and assigned to one of our installers to be completed.

Experience & Education Required:

For this position, you should have some background within home improvement and bathroom remodeling. You should have general knowledge of construction and remodeling on items such as replacement windows, bath tubs, shower pans, standard surround sizes and types, vanity styles and sizes, different types of flooring, etc. Prior sales experience is not required but is a plus. Furthermore, you must be able to follow direction, pay attention to detail, listen fully, be comfortable using a laptop and Microsoft programs as well as be comfortable with customer interaction.

General Information About the Position:

This is a full time, W-2 position.

Leads are provided by the company, so there’s no self-generation or cold calling.

Appointments are during daytime hours, Monday – Friday. Typically, 10AM – 5PM. No late evening or weekend appointments.

We service a 35 miles radius from our office in Rochester so there’s no overnights and long travel. Plus, we pay mileage.

We have a training period to cover our sales method, pricing, contracts and more.

Our quoting process excludes “dog and pony” presenting, price drops, rehashing prices, etc. Our pricing is very straight forward and we always give the best price upfront.

There’s a pre-construction meeting on the first day of any job being completed. This is between the project coordinator, homeowner and installer to go over any possible changes and questions.

Project coordinators are responsible for executing change orders for any sold jobs. Meaning, if there are changes to a job, you will adjust the contract and pricing.

We provide you with a company laptop, iPhone, iPad and company shirts.

We offer a 401k with company matching.

100% commission with paid vehicle mileage. The potential range of earnings is $70,000 - $100,000.
