PATH Properties Group is looking for driven individuals to join our virtual call team. No prior experience is required — just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a professional phone presence.
We’re a growing real estate acquisitions company that helps homeowners sell their properties off-market. As part of our team, you’ll be making outbound calls to property owners, building rapport, and setting appointments for our local reps to meet with them in person and assess their property.
Position Overview:
Make outbound calls using our dialer
Follow a proven script to collect key information and set appointments
Log accurate lead details in our system
Work remotely on your own schedule — we provide all tools and leads
Compensation:
This is an entry-level, commission-based role — no hourly pay.
That said, with consistent effort, most callers average the equivalent of $25+/hour, with top performers earning double or triple that based on conversion rates. You’re in control of your time and income.
We Provide:
All leads and call lists
Scripts, rebuttal tools, and training resources
Google Workspace access with training videos and performance guides
Daily optional Zoom briefings to sharpen skills
Weekly team meetups to network, review progress, and build momentum
(There is a $25/month tech fee covers your access to leads, scripts, training materials, CRM, and dialer.)
What You Need:
A computer, reliable internet, and a quiet space to work
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong phone presence
Ability to follow scripts, stay organized, and enter lead info accurately
Willingness to call during appropriate hours:
Weekdays: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturdays: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
No calling on Sundays
