Iseries RPG software developer to design, develop, test, and install software applications for our national and global operations. You will be part of a team to work with internal clients to more clearly identify needs and develop software for internal and in the field uses. You will be asked occasionally to jump into unfamiliar assignments to help solve issues in computer operations (Iseries and server), user help desk and training then handle them as professionally as possible.
REQUIREMENTS:
RPG development skills and experience in the IBM i environment.
Helpful but not required experience in IBM Iseries operations and backup/restore processes.
Ability to apply lessons and concept learned from MRP, ERP, Mapics, and JIT software systems to the construction industry.
Helpful but not required experience in multiple applications; Web Services, API, XML, SQL, Visual Basic, DB2, Java, or HTML5
