WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
3+ years of hairstyling/coloring experience (all levels considered if you’ve been behind the chair for a few years)
Licensed cosmetologist in New York State
Skilled in cutting, coloring, and styling (balayage, highlights, and precision cuts a plus)
Strong interpersonal and conversational skills
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Bonus: waxing or lash lifting experience (not required)
If additional education is needed, we’ll ensure you meet our quality standards through in-salon training and support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consult with clients on hairstyle options and hair care
Perform shampooing, cutting, coloring, highlighting, and styling services
Upsell retail products and add-on services
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace
Stay current on trends and advanced techniques
Provide a welcoming, high-quality client experience
Collaborate with team members
