Pure Sole Nails is a 7-free or better, vegan friendly, cruelty-free, jet-free, fume-free and fair wage nail studio! We believe in a natural approach to nail care while making ALL our guests feel cared for!
-What We are Looking For-
We are looking for an individual who is ready to join a team-based studio that believes in our vision and values! This individual must be kind, passionate, hardworking, detail oriented, a good communicator, and a go-getter! Must also like dogs as we have a mascot and service animal named Georgie on site.
Nail/Cosmetology license is required, no exceptions. Experience preferred but not required, on the job training available for recent graduates of Cosmetology/Nail specialty program.
-Description-
Nail artist will provide natural nail services and treatments to clients, which include manicures and pedicures, as well as product recommendations.
We do not apply/or remove acrylics, powder dip, gel overlay, sculptured gel or nail extensions of any kind at our studio.
They will be required to uphold strict standards of sanitation and sterilization, as directed by NYS and OSHA in addition to established company policies and procedures.
Most importantly, they will work to ensure customer satisfaction and an exceptional customer experience while rebooking and building a clientele.
-Role and Responsibilities-
Warmly greet clients – offering professional, friendly, and engaging service
Perform nail services including natural manicures, gel manicure and pedicures while maintaining client comfort at all times
Ensure individualized guest services by acknowledging and responding to client needs and expectations – i.e. creating connections and having professional conversations.
Rebooking and retention of clientele
Maintain individual station cleanliness and organization
Assist with overall studio maintenance/cleaning duties (this includes assistance with opening and closing procedures)
Actively participate in other studio operations including product knowledge and retail sales
Further assist clients and guests by recommending appropriate services and retail products
Occasionally assist in front desk duties, including but not limited to answering calls, setting up appointments, and cashing out clients
Follow studio policies, procedures, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Other duties as assigned
