Background of the Position:
Installers are part of our install division of the company. In this division, we complete bathroom renovation projects and window/door projects. Most bathroom remodels are one person jobs with a helper if needed. They include: demo, installing a new tub or shower pan and surround, installing a new floor, painting, installing a vanity and toilet, installing new trim and more.
Any job sold gets put on our job board and assigned to one of our installers. Our installers complete each job from start to finish.
Experience & Education Required:
This position is not apprentice or entry level, that includes “DIY” experience. You need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Furthermore, this is a full time, W-2 position, however if you’re a subcontractor and you are interested, we would be happy to speak with you as well. Your own tools and a clean NYS driver’s license are required.
You must be experienced in the skilled trades; plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, tile, windows/doors, flooring etc. We specialize in tile shower surrounds. You must be comfortable installing various types of tiles and on any given bathroom remodel, multiple skilled trades will be involved.
General Information About the Position:
You’ll be paid based on your performance; installers have earned $60,000 - $70,000 per year. There’s no overnight travel and no weekend work.
