-2-5 years of general construction experience (carpentry experience preferred).
-Assist in all types of commercial and industrial carpentry, including forming, framing, drywall, ceilings, and door installation.
-Work alongside experienced carpenters to develop skills and gain hands-on training.
-Ability to lift 50 lbs.
-Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
-Engage in other areas of construction as needed, such as demolition, site work, masonry, foundations, and metal stud framing.
-Operate and maintain basic hand tools and cordless power tools.
-Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate effectively with the team.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment at job sites.
-Willingness to learn and develop expertise in multiple aspects of carpentry.
-Basic understanding of construction techniques and tools.
-Strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.
