We are a commercial roofing company that is seeking Skilled Flat/low slope roofing foreman
requirements;
-Must have valid NYS license and transportation; work truck based on experience.
-Manage a crew of roof mechanics and laborers throughout installation, repair, or removal projects
-Supervise equipment use
-Track and report progress
-Ensure project specifications are followed
-Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
-Must be skilled at EPDM/TPO details.
-Ability to work well with others and lead/help lead crew work
-New Construction and re roof projects.
-Job cleanliness and professionalism is a must
-Must be available on weekends (if needed).
