-Assist in all aspects of construction, including demolition, site work, masonry, foundations, millwork, carpentry, metal stud framing, and general labor.
-Unload and carry construction materials at job sites.
-Ability to lift 50 lbs.
-Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
-Clean and maintain job sites, removing debris and discarded materials.
-Operate basic hand tools and follow safety protocols.
-Work effectively as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.
-Perform other duties as assigned to support construction projects.
-Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
-Strong work ethic and desire for long-term career growth within the company.
-Basic understanding of construction terminology and tools
