Hi. I am a General Contractor and Owner of Rochester Residential Remodeling LLC and have spent the last 40 years just prospecting and selling over $23 million in remodeling jobs. I spend about $30k a year on advertising (over $900 a month on SEO alone) and "run" hundreds of Sales Calls a year. I am looking for established, serious, efficient, honest, baggage free Contractors to work with to build these jobs. I'm not interested in working with someone totally focused on how much money they make and not focused on the quality of work especially when you're paid well and on time (Draws every Friday). This is a great "filler" as you will still be able to do your own work (if you just need some jobs here and there). This could even be for Winter jobs If your booked now, that's fine. I am not looking to be your boss, instead an effective team. If you don't like the sales part of your job this is for you. It’s basically a team- I sell and you build. We have the “Home Depot auto pay system” where you can get materials quickly. We normally start with some small basic jobs to see how that goes first.
You pay me nothing to have these jobs sold, organized and cash flowed for you/us. Work smarter, not harder and have someone else do all the selling for you. Believe me, it’s a full-time job in itself. Only career minded top tier Contractors need apply. If you stop working at 1:30- 2pm we're not looking for that.
