Looking primarily for someone skilled in carpentry meaning the know-how to build a bookcase or storage unit (see picture), outdoor wooden staircase, put in a half door, install kitchen cabinetry etc.
Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, painting, floor installation, landscaping and building maintenance is a plus.
This position is evening hours beginning at 6:30 p.m. at one location.
Most of the work is small repair or replacement jobs with biggger ones coming up periodically.
Must be available on weekends for longer projects. Weekend hours can begin earlier in the day. This is a permanent position with flexible days and hours.
All tools and materials are provided on the job. Just bring your know-how.
